At Realty One Group Insight, the deal is very simple.  There is NO SPLIT. For Each Transaction, we charge a simple, low transaction fee.  You keep the rest! 

 

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

With Realty One Group's 100% Commission Model, professionals are encouraged and empowered to reinvest in their own business rather than pay large percentages of their commission to their broker.
 

Realty One Group Insight Commission Structure



Our standard transaction fee is $450 for all transactions between $75,000 and $400,000. Below $75K, you pay even less, for each $200,000 over $400k, it's just $50 more. 

THAT'S IT, NO SPLITS!


Let's Give an Example: 
 You sell a $200,000 home and make a gross commission that you negotiated.  For simplicity, let's say $6,000.  At other brokerages, you might pay 20%, 30% or even more of that to the brokerage.  That's $1000 or more.
If you sold an even higher priced home, let's say $350,000 and your commission was $10,500. To other brokerages you may be paying $2,000-$3,000 of that or more.

At Realty One Group Insight, you would pay $450.  That's it.  No franchise fee, no royalty fees, no marketing fees.  $450   for every home sell under $400,000.01.    From $400,000 - $600,000 the fee would only slightly increase by $50, and $50 more for each $200,000 increment. 

Anything Else? 

Yes, each month we charge ONE monthly fee. It's $99.

That $99 fee includes access to our full suite of Tech tools, 24 hour access to our state of the art office in downtown Rome, membership in TWO MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICES (GAMLS and FMLS), full-time broker support and training, your first full year of errors and omissions covered, and so much more.
